Einsatzbereich: Mabanol TGHyd HVLP Hydrauliköle sind besonders geeignet für Hydraulikanlagen, die stark schwankenden Temperaturen ausgesetzt sind. Hierunter fallen der gesamte Bereich der Mobilhydraulik sowie alle stationären Anlagen, die im Freien arbeiten (Schrottpressen, Schleusentore, Verladeeinheiten, Schiffshydrauliken usw.). Der MehrbereichsCharakter von Mabanol TG Hyd HVLP ermöglicht umfangreiche Sortenreduzierungen. Hierdurch werden für den Anwender Verwechslungsgefahren weitgehend vermieden. Die Lagerhaltung sowie das Bestellwesen im Betrieb werden vereinfacht. Mabanol TG Hyd HVLP kann überall dort eingesetzt werden, wo HVLP- oder HLP Hydrauliköle vorgeschrieben sind. Eigenschaften Mabanol TG Hyd HVLP Hydrauliköle sind mineralölbasische Druckflüssigkeiten mit besonders günstigem Viskositäts-TemperaturVerhalten (Hoch-VI-Hydraulik-öle). Als Grundöl wird ausschließlig;lich paraffinbasisches Erstraffinat eingesetzt. Selbst bei extremen Temperaturschwankungen und beim Anfahren von Hydrauliken aus Minus-Temperaturbereichen wird mit Mabanol TG Hyd HVLP im Betriebsverhalten der Anlagen ein Höchstmaßlig; an Gleichmäßlig;igkeit erzielt. Optimale Verschleißlig;-, Korrosions- und Oxidationsschutzeigenschaften gewährleisten größlig;tmögliche Funktionssicherheit der Hydraulikanlagen mit verlängerten Ölverweilzeiten und geringstem Wartungsaufwand. Die gute Filtrierbarkeit von Mabanol Helium Hyd HVLP ist Voraussetzung für den Einsatz in vielen heutigen Hydrauliksystemen, Filterblockaden werden vermieden. Mabanol TG Hyd HVLP Öle sind scherstabil und übertreffen die Anforderungen an Hydrauliköle HVLP nach DIN 51 524 Teil 3. Normen: HVLP gem. DIN 51524 Teil 3 HV gem.
