The 150 mm double flanged wheel made of stainless steel 1.4301 offers a high load capacity of 1,250 kg with complete corrosion resistance. It is designed for heavy rail-guided systems in conveyor technology and mechanical engineering that are exposed to high hygienic standards or moisture loads.
Construction & Material
Precision-turned from stainless steel 1.4301 (V2A), with stainless steel ball bearings for complete rust resistance. The running diameter of 150 mm ensures smooth running and reduced bearing speeds, which increases the service life of motorized systems up to 8 km/h. The double flange geometry guides the wheel precisely and with minimal play on both sides of the rail profile.

- With stainless steel ball bearings: Freewheeling on axle or bolt – low-maintenance and ready for installation.
- With hub keyway: Torque-proof shaft connection for driven wheels.
