Es handelt sich immer um eine Charge aus dem Sommer. Der Tee ist damit frisch und weißt den höchsten Gehalt an Mikroelementen und Mineralstoffen auf.

Mehr über den Mursalski Chai: Unser Tee wird am Bergfuß der Trigrader Felsen biologisch angebaut, in Trigrad, ein Bergdorf in der westlichen Rodopi Bergregion in Südbulgarien. Trigrad ist umgeben von wilder Natur, hoch in den Bergen und in der Nähe von zahlreichen Mineralwasserquellen. Diese Höhenzone gilt als das natürliche Habitat von Sideritis Scardica – die Pflanze liebt die Sonne, die frische Luft und die Höhe.

Der Tee wird nach traditionellem Verfahren der natürlichen Kultivierung seit Generationen per Hand gepflückt und im Schatten, überdacht und gut gelüftet, getrocknet. Die gute Qualität des Tees erkennt man u.a. an seiner satten hellgrünen Farbe.

Sideritis Scardica enthält ätherische Öle, Eisen, Zink, Natrium, Magnesium, Kupfer und Kobalt und weist einen hohen Gehalt an sekundären Pflanzenstoffen auf (Flavonoide und Tannine).

Wir bezehen kleine Chargen direkt von den Bauern in Trigrad, ein kleines Familienunternehmen die schon seit Generationen den Tee anbaut. Hauptberuflich Grundschullehrerin, verschreibt sich Evelina noch den Kräutern der Region und bietet viele weitere herrlich duftende Teekmbinationen. Zum Beispiel ihr Rodopi-Tee, mit Tannenspitzen, Bergtee, Himbeerblättern, Hagebutten, Pfefferminze, Oregano-Blüten und Johanniskraut. Sprechen Sie mich gern an bei Interesse!

Bergtee Zubereitung:

Mit kaltem Wasser aufgiessen (ca. 2-3 gehäufte EL pro 500ml), aufkochen, Hitze herunterdrehen und kurz köcheln lassen, danach ausmachen und ca. 5 Minuten ziehen lassen. Frisch geniessen. Zur täglichen Einnahme geeignet.

It’s really pretty decent except for one thing.

I bought two of these for my basement and they do look great. They were easy to assemble and I’m happy with them. The problem is that the stitching on the fabric panels are almost the size of a machine basting stitch (which for non sewers means large temporary stitches). Because the panels are tight by design, the stitches had already started to come undone before I could finish assembling everything. Fortunately I can sew and I reinforced all the panels. I had to take the first ones back off the poles to do them but I did the second set before assembling. It’s really not a bad product for the money. It’s quality fabric and the design itself looks great. The stitching looks fine but it’s just not substantial enough for the purpose it is supposed to serve. I can’t imagine why it be sewn so insufficiently. I was able to resolve my issue because I can sew. I wasn’t planning on sewing nor did I really have the time. I could have made it myself but I didn’t want to and that is why I purchased this. I ended up using valuable time. The really unfortunate thing is, I have no other complaints. This is a manufacturing problem.
