Nase:

Der 2022er Sulzfelder Sonnenberg Silvaner Gelbkalk Erste Lage präsentiert sich erdig und tiefgründig in der Nase. Aromen von Apfel, Weinbergspfirsich, Mirabelle und Mango vermischen sich mit hefigen Noten und etwas Walnuss. Darüber schwebt eine feine kalkige Mineralität, die, Nomen est omen, seinen Charakter bestimmt.

Gaumen:

Am Gaumen fasziniert er genauso wie in der Nase: Er besitzt neben äußerst saftiger Frucht Gripp und Struktur und reizt im Nachhall angenehm mit Eindrücken einer zart salzigen Note. Er ist geradezu prädestiniert dafür, mit einer feinen Küche vereint zu werden, die fruchtige und kräutrige Komponenten kombiniert.
