Dieser Kaffee stammt aus Gedeb, einer der hochwertigsten Kaffee-Regionen Äthiopiens. Dank der idealen klimatischen Bedingungen – Trockenzeit während der Ernte und gleichmäßige Regenfälle während der Blüte und Reifung – entwickelt der Kaffee eine außergewöhnliche Geschmacksqualität.

Der Exporteuer Ephtah Specialty Coffee arbeitet eng und fair mit lokalen Farmer*innen zusammen und finanziert bis zu 85 % der Ernte vor. Die Chelichele-Station von Tamiru Amare verarbeitet Kaffee von Kleinfarmer*innen mit durchschnittlich 0,5 ha Land. Aufbereitung Die Kaffeekirschen werden gewaschen, auf Quakers geprüft und anschließend 12–15 Tage auf afrikanischen Trockenbetten getrocknet.

Der Rohkaffee wird anschließend von lokalen Frauen sorgfältig per Hand sortiert.

Ephtah unterstützt Frauen in der Kaffeeproduktion, baute eine Kita für die Familien der Farmer*innen und zahlt schnell und fair. Weitere Projekte wie ein Wassertank und zusätzliche Trockenbetten sind in Planung.

Great Federal Courts supplement
Format: Paperback
This E&E book really helped with Fed. Courts! Incorporate the public v. private law models/SOP and federalist v. nationalist paradigms which my professor used in the course. This version doesn't have some of the newer cases (TransUnion v. Ramirez). The standing section could have more info but standing is one of the easiest doctrines in fed courts. The Habeas Corpus, particularly the Teague Doctrine and AEDPA, section is excellent. The only big thing this book does not include are universal injunctions and the scope of remedies (outside of standing, anti-injunction act, and section 1983).
