ÜBER DAS GESCHENKSET
Lagavulin ist eine der ältesten Destillerien von Islay. Endlose Torfmoore im Westen der Insel liefern das Rohmaterial, getorftes Malz. Eine langsame Destillation und eine lange Reifung tragen dazu bei, dass der Whisky so einen komplexen, torfigen Charakter erhält. Der Single Malt Scotch Whisky reift in Bourbon- und Sherryfässern.
Der Geschmack ist trocken und torfig mit einer sanften Süße und Noten von Meer, Salz und Holz.
Damit der Whisky besonders stilvoll getrunken werden kann, haben wir noch ein Whiskyglas Nachtmann Square mit in die Box gelegt. Das Glas ist aus maschinengefertigtem Kristallglas und wird in Deutschland hergestellt.
