Was ist Kaltpressung?

Kaltpressung ist ein Verfahren, bei dem Oliven bei Temperaturen von höchstens 27°C verarbeitet werden, um Öl zu gewinnen. Auf diese Weise behält das Olivenöl die natürlichen Aromen, Vitamine und Antioxidantien der Oliven in höchstem Maße. Das resultierende Öl ist dank seines niedrigen Säuregehalts sowohl schmackhaft als auch gesund.
