Wie verwende ich das Bio Kollagen

  • Einen Esslöffel (10g) in 200-300 ml heißes Wasser fest einrühren
  • Tipp: Zuerst das Kollagen in eine Tasse geben, dann langsam mit heißem Wasser, Tee oder Kaffee aufgießen und rühren bis sich das Pulver vollständig gelöst hat
  • In Kaffee, Yoghurt, Müsli, Smoothies, Säfte oder Shakes mischen
  • Suppen, Soßen, Eintöpfe mit Kollagen aufwerten
  • Mit Salz, Pfeffer und Gewürzen zu einem schmackhaften Getränk verfeinern
  • Vor oder nach dem Training konsumieren
