Verwandle deinen Fahrzeuglack in eine Hochleistungsoberfläche, an der Schmutz, Wasser und Umwelteinflüsse einfach abperlen. Das Nasiol ZR53 ist nicht einfach nur eine Keramikversiegelung – es ist eine technologische Meisterleistung. Als eine der wenigen Beschichtungen weltweit bietet es ein einzigartiges Zwei-Schicht-System in nur einem Arbeitsschritt: Beim Aushärten bildet sich eine weiche, elastische Unterschicht, die sich perfekt mit dem Lack verbindet, während die Oberschicht zu einem extrem harten (10H) Kristallpanzer aushärtet.

Das Ergebnis? Ein Lackschutz, der bis zu 3 Jahre hält, extrem widerstandsfähig gegen Mikrokratzer ist und deinem Auto diesen begehrten "Wet-Look" verleiht, als wäre es gerade frisch lackiert worden.

Anwendungsempfehlung zum ZR53:

Damit das ZR53 seine volle Leistung entfalten kann, ist Präzision gefragt. Bitte befolge diese Schritte genau:

  1. Vorbereitung: Wasche das Fahrzeug gründlich. Entferne alle Rückstände mit Knete (Clay Bar) und poliere den Lack auf Hochglanz, um Defekte zu entfernen (die Versiegelung konserviert den Ist-Zustand!).
  2. Entfetten: Reinige die Oberfläche penibel mit einem Kontrollreiniger (z.B. Nasiol Clean), um Öle und Fette zu entfernen. Der Lack muss "quietschsauber" sein.
  3. Auftrag: Trage ca. 4-5 ml des Produktes auf das Applikatorpad/Tuch auf. Bearbeite immer nur Teilbereiche von ca. 1m² (z.B. eine halbe Motorhaube).
  4. Verteilen: Verteile das Material im Kreuzgang (horizontal, dann vertikal) ohne Druck, bis die Fläche gleichmäßig benetzt ist.
  5. Ablüften & Abtragen: Achtung, Timing ist alles! Nach ca. 30 Sekunden (sobald sich erste Perlen/Beading bilden) beginnst du mit dem Abtrag.
    - Schritt A: Wische mit dem ersten Mikrofasertuch sanft in geraden Bahnen über die Fläche, um überschüssiges Material aufzunehmen.
    - Schritt B: Nutze sofort danach das zweite, saubere Mikrofasertuch und poliere die Fläche in kreisenden Bewegungen auf Hochglanz, bis keine Schlieren mehr sichtbar sind.
  6. Aushärtung: Das Fahrzeug darf nun 24 Stunden lang keinem Wasser, Schmutz oder direkter Sonne ausgesetzt werden. Die volle Chemieresistenz ist nach 48 Stunden erreicht.

Das Besondere am Nasiol ZR53

Der "heilige Gral" bei Keramikversiegelungen ist oft das Problem der Brüchigkeit. Sehr harte Beschichtungen können bei Hitzeausdehnung des Blechs mikroskopisch reißen. Nasiol ZR53 löst dieses Problem genial: Durch die intelligente Matrix-Technologie bleibt die untere Schicht auf Nano-Ebene flexibel, während die äußere Schicht steinhart wird. Das bedeutet: Maximale Kratzfestigkeit ohne die Gefahr von Rissbildung – ein Vorteil, den viele herkömmliche 9H-Versiegelungen nicht bieten können.

Ausführliche Beschreibung zum Lackschutz

Das Nasiol ZR53 Nano Ceramic Coating basiert auf modernster Nanotechnologie. Im Gegensatz zu Wachsen oder Polymerversiegelungen, die nur auf dem Lack "liegen", geht ZR53 eine kovalente (chemisch feste) Bindung mit dem Klarlack ein.

Diese Verbindung sorgt für eine extreme Resistenz gegen aggressive Chemikalien (pH-Wert 1 bis 12). Egal ob saurer Regen, aggressiver Vogelkot, Baumharz oder stark alkalische Reiniger in der Waschanlage – der Lack bleibt unter der Schutzschicht unversehrt. Zudem blockt die Beschichtung UV-Strahlung ab, was das Ausbleichen von Farben (besonders bei Rot- oder Unilacken) und das Vergilben von Kunststoffen effektiv verhindert. Die Reinigung des Fahrzeugs wird zum Kinderspiel ("Easy-to-Clean"-Effekt), da Schmutzpartikel nicht mehr anhaften können.

Ja, aber warte bitte mindestens 48 Stunden (im Idealfall 1 Woche), bis die Schicht voll ausgehärtet ist. Danach wird die Wäsche viel einfacher, da du oft nur noch Wasser und ein mildes Shampoo benötigst.

⏱️ Wie lange hält der Schutz wirklich?

Bei korrekter Anwendung und Pflege hält das ZR53 bis zu 3 Jahre oder ca. 150 Wäschen unter normalen Bedingungen (-20°C bis +35°C).

🔄 Brauche ich mehrere Schichten (Layering)?

Nein! Das ist der große Vorteil des ZR53. Aufgrund der speziellen Dickschicht-Technologie erreichst du mit nur einem einzigen Auftrag die maximale Schutzwirkung. Mehrere Schichten sind nicht notwendig.

🔧 Greift das Produkt Wachs oder Versiegelungen an?

Durch die neutrale Formel ist der K2 APC Neutral Pro sehr schonend zu bestehenden Schutzschichten, solange du ihn nicht in der stärksten Konzentration (1:4) auf dem Lack antrocknen lässt. Für die regelmäßige Pflege ist er "Wachs-Safe".

I am soooo happy with this purchase! I’ve been researching lots of spice racks to see which ones would best suit my needs. This definitely fits the bill. This product was perfect. It includes everything you need to organize your spices: the rack, screws, stickers, bottles, and a white gel pen to write additional spice names. The rack is heavy duty and sturdy. Once anchored to your cabinet, there’s no way it’s falling out. The bottles are a good size and you can transfer standard store bought spices directly into the bottles. An additional asset is that the bottles come with a shaker spout that has two options for use. It can easily snap off and on when refilling. The stickers are well thought out. They’re good quality labels and can easily be repositioned. I accidentally had an edge stick to the middle of a bottle and was scared that it wouldn’t come off. I was happy that it lifted up cleanly and didn’t wrinkle the sticker. I didn’t have a need to write a lot of new names, except for two so far. Using the pen included, I wrote labels for Dashi and Seasoning-Arrachera. I tried to match the font of the labels and I think I did a pretty good job. You wouldn’t notice it was hand written unless you really stared at it. The white pen is great and so easy to write with. I didn’t have to go over any letters. One pen stroke was enough. It also came with labels that you can place on the side of the rack for easy identification. I haven’t put them on mine yet because I still need to buy two more racks to store all my spices. Then I can get them all organized the way I want. This is such a space saver. One of my absolute favorite purchases!

I can't say enough about these spice racks! I have kept my spices in a corner cabinet on lazy Susans for the last 25 years and that's worked great, but it did not have much curb appeal and some spices were in the middle of the caddies so I would have to pull the front ones off to get to the middle ones. Corner cabinets are tricky and can be such a waste of space, but I made it work. But now it doesn't just work, it sings! My husband bought me 4 units and they fit perfectly in the space. Whoever designed these racks thought through EVERYTHING. The labels are well organized with plenty of obscure herbs and spices as well as all the common ones, and some blank stickers for the products they don't have labels for. There is a list of all the spices and which page you will find the label. There are also small corresponding labels to put on the ends so you know which rack has your spice (I haven't put those on yet because I want to make sure I have everything where I want it first). Since I have 4 sets of labels, I used some for labeling the baskets where I have the extra spices for refills. The racks are sturdy and easy to install. These would also work well in cabinets that are not corners - you would pull them straight out and it would make it easy to access all of your spices. If I could give this 10 stars, I would.
