Der Hersteller dieses Öls, "Sindyanna of Galilee" in Kfar Kana (zu deutsch "Dorf Kana") produziert dieses Olivenöl in Zusammenarbeit von arabischen und jüdischen Frauen in Israel. 

Tipps zur Lagerung: Stets vertikal und dunkel lagern, UV-Licht vermeiden. Optimale Temperatur sind 12-13 °C. Bei Temperaturen unter 20 °C kann das Olivenöl trüb werden und unter 10°C beginnen sich Flocken zu bilden. Bei 20°C wird das Öl wieder klar. Dieser Vorgang ist natürlich und hat keine Auswirkungen auf die Qualität des Öls.
