Darüber sitzt eine japanische Drossel, die auf Japanisch als Uguisu bekannt ist; es handelt sich um einen asiatischen Singvogel, der häufiger gehört als gesehen wird. Ihr charakteristischer Brutgesang ist in weiten Teilen Japans vom Frühling an zu hören. Diese Füllfederhalter zeigt die Technik des Togidashi-Hira Maki-e, bei der nach Abschluss des Hintergrunds und anderer Merkmale der Szene von Togidashi Maki-e das Hauptdesign mit Hira Maki-e-Techniken erstellt wird.

Perfect Statue

This Venus De Milo statue is gorgeous. It is very sturdy but not too heavy…….. it appears heavier than it is which I adore since it is a statue. It has an “aged” coloring around the facial features and intricate details which makes it more authentic looking. I love Greek mythology and this piece is a perfect addition to my living room decor. Definitely worth the price.
