Der Performance Ladeluftkühler hat folgende Netzabmaße (720mm x 201mm x 130mm / gestuft) und besitzt somit 15,4 Liter äußeres Ladeluftvolumen (OEM 5,5 Liter). Das neuentwickelte Performance-Hochleistungsnetz (Bar and Plate) gewährt den angrenzenden Bauteilen, wie z.Bsp. dem Wasserkühler, noch genügend Luftstrom und ist zudem noch sehr leicht. Der Ladeluftkühler besitzt dadurch ein Gesamtgewicht von nur 11,9kg. Die Aluminiumguss Endkästen wurden im CAD erstellt und mit Hilfe von CFD Simulationen für bestmöglichen internen Luftstrom optimiert. Eine im Endkasten integrierte Luftführung ermöglicht eine homogene Füllung des Competition Hochleistungsnetzes. Die Ein- und Auslässe des Ladeluftkühlers wurden auf Ø 65mm vergrößert, daher kommt dieses Kit mit verstärkten Silkonschläuchen.

Insgesamt hat dieser Ladeluftkühler weit weniger Gegendruck als der serienmäßig verbaute Ladeluftkühler. Zusätzlich besitzen alle unsere Ladeluftkühler ein AntiKorrosions-Beschichtung mit Wärmeleiteigenschaften. Dies garantiert eine dauerhafte und optimale Kühlung mit deutlichem Leistungsanstieg.

Die Montage erfolgt durch Austausch des OEM Ladeluftkühlers und ist einfach durchzuführen (siehe Einbauanleitung). Derzeit nicht passend für Fahrzeuge mit Adaptiv Cruise Control (ACC). Alle unsere Produkte unterstehen einer stetigen qualitativen Überwachung.
