Die Unopiu Hängematte Amanda ist die bleibende Stilikone von Unopiù und feiert in diesem Jahr ihren dreißigsten Geburtstag. Auf dem Katalog von 1988 prangt sie auf der Titelseite und ist nach einer einfachen, doch originellen Idee entstanden: das Zusammenbauen von Stämmen aus gebogenem Leimholz mit einem handverarbeitetem Netzwerk. So entsteht die freistehende Hängematte, ein einmaliges und neuartiges Objekt, das man überall auch ohne Bäume aufstellen kann. Die Hängematte Amanda ist auch in der Filmwelt eine echte Primadonna, sodass sie sogar zur Ikone im Oscar preisgekrönten Film „La grande bellezza“ geworden ist. Als zeitlose Ikone für den Unopiù-Stil braucht Amanda nicht mehr vorgestellt zu werden. Sie ist ein wirkliches Kultobjekt mit weltweit zahlreichen Imitationen. Die Hängematte kann bequem zwei Personen aufnehmen und ist mit einem neuen, grau melierten Seil bespannt, dazu gehört eine neues, praktisches Kissen. Die Struktur kann mit den Farben der Serie Unopiù Color angestrichen werden, so erhält man eine persönlich angefertigte Hängematte, die zu jeder Einrichtung passt.
