- Precise Temperature Control: Imported thermostat offers temperature control between 93°C - 205°C (200°F – 400°F).
- Safety Valve: Includes a safety valve with automatic voltage stabilizing function for optimal performance.
- Self-Reset High-Temperature Limiting Device: Prevents overheating for safe operation.
- Combination Valve: Features a combination valve with built-in pressure regulation.
- Baskets: Comes with two nickel-plated baskets with wire mesh crumb screens for easy food handling.
- Flue-Mounted Basket Hanger: For convenient storage of the baskets.
- Oil Cooling Zone: Located at the bottom of the tank, helps to reduce food residue impact.
