Ingredients
Each 5ml dose contains:
Passionflower passiflora incarnata extract equivalent to dry flowers 650.5mg
Zizyphus zizyphus spinosa extract equivalent to dry seed 1294mg
Valerian valeriana officinalis extract equivalent to dry root 777.8mg
Hops humulus lupus extract equivalent to dry flowers 436mg
In a base of organic rice malt, natural sweeteners, natural flavours, citric acid and water.
Directions
Recommended adult dosage (over 12 years)
Sleep well: Take 5mls three hours before bed and another 5mls one hour before bed. If needed, take another 5mls through the night.
Shake well before use.
