This middle weight windbreaker is 100% wind proof. The hood easily zips off so you can ride without it inflating like a drag chute slowing you down. Zippers are water tight but this isn't a 100% waterproof jacket. It does rank extremely high in the water resistant category and a coat of nikwax would seal it up. It is fully lined with an inside chest pocket and two lower outer pockets. This jacket will not disappoint.
