B&H has put together the Manfrotto X-PRO 3-Way Head with Quick Release and QR Plate Kit for photographers looking for precise control of heavier cameras.
Manfrotto has covered all the bases from setup to breakdown with this camera support that weighs just 2.2 lb yet handles cameras weighing up to 17.6 lb. The head has 2 handles that retract when not needed to take up just 5.1 x 5.3 x 5.3" of space in a bag. Once extended the ergonomic, knurled handles are each governed by their own friction dial that allows you to safely make micro adjustments before locking them down. Three leveling bubbles ensure your composition is true on all axes. The head comes with a spare rubber-coated quick release plate and a 3/8-16 to 1/4"-20 bushing.

Three leveling bubbles ensure your composition is level on all axes. A 200PL quick-release plate with a 1/4"-20 camera mounting screw is included.

The plate comes with a 1/4"-20 camera screw and a 3/8" bushing adapter, and is compatible with 35mm and standard thread-mounted medium format cameras.
