Vendor information:
Potential vendors must fill out our online application form. Each potential vendor will be vetted and juried. Vendors will be accepted on a first come basis, with a preference given to returning vendors, and vendors who offer handmade and wellness products. We do our best to offer customers a large variety. This may limit the types of vendors and products allowed. If you are not chosen, it does not mean you products are not wonderful, it may mean we already have similar product vendors already approved. After you are approved, you will be given a link to pay your vendor fee through our secure online website www.calhounfarmstead.com
Approved Vendors:
Farm Fest setup can begin at 7am on July11. All vendors should be setup and ready to go by 9:30am. We will have helpers at the farm ready to show you to your space, and help you with setting up your canopy.
All spaces are 10’x10’. Food truck spaces are given more space. Electric is available for a fee and vendor must supply their own 100’ heavy duty extension cord.
Farm Fest is an outdoor event and is held rain or shine.
All vendors should provide their own canopy, tables, chairs, and displays. ALL canopies MUST be tied or weighted down. It is very breezy at our farm. To ensure safety for our visitors we REQUIRE all tents to be secured or weighted to the ground.
