The Bobrick B-670 Stainless Steel Utility Hook is intended for mounting easily on many different types of surfaces, such as particleboard, solid core and hollow metal bathroom stall partitions; plaster and drywall walls; and wood doors in hotel and hospital rooms. The hook features a rectangular cap that is 1/2 of an inch wide and 1-1/4 inches tall. The cap is made of brightly polished, type-304 stainless steel of an 10-gauge thickness and is securely welded to the support arm and flange unit. The unit is fabricated out of type-304 stainless steel as well, but in a 22-gauge thickness. The flange conceals the hook's mounting bracket, which is crafted from 16-gauge stainless steel and coordinate with the hook's 16-gauge stainless steel mounting plate. Once installed, the flange is 2 inches in width and the cap extends 2 inches from the mounting surface. The recommended barrier-free mounting height for the accessory is 36 to 40 inches off of the floor.
