Non-medicinal Ingredients
Ascorbyl palmitate, L-leucine, silicon dioxide, microcrystalline cellulose, hypromellose (capsule).
Suggested Use
Adults – Take 2 capsules 2–3 times daily, or as needed for a calming effect. Take 2–3 capsules 1/2 to 1 hour before sleep as needed for relaxation and better sleep. Take 1–2 capsules with each meal for dyspepsia, or as directed by a health care practitioner.
Caution
Consult a health care practitioner if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 3 weeks, or if other symptoms persist or worsen. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consumption with alcohol, other medications, or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended. Some people may experience drowsiness. Use caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle, or engaging in activities requiring mental alertness. Hypersensitivity is known to occur; if so, discontinue use.
