Danny grows primarily Pacas, a bourbon mutation. His coffees tend to be sweet and very approachable. It's super flexible in brewing, yielding delicious cups across many brewing styles and formats. The base flavor profile is silky milk chocolate, with sweet plum and pear like characteristics supporting. Espresso will bring out an almost berry like acidity and a long lingering sweet finish like caramel.
