Introduction to Paul Signac: A Pioneer of Pointillism
Signac's Artistic Journey and Influences
Paul Signac, a leading figure in the Post-Impressionist movement, revolutionized the art world with his innovative approach to color and light. Born in 1863 in Paris, Signac was influenced by the works of Georges Seurat and the Impressionists. His travels along the French coast and rivers inspired his love for maritime scenes, which became a hallmark of his artistic expression. The Birth of Pointillism: Techniques and Innovations
In the late 1880s, Signac, alongside Seurat, developed the technique known as Pointillism. This method involved applying small dots of pure color to the canvas, allowing the viewer's eye to blend them from a distance. This groundbreaking technique not only enhanced the vibrancy of colors but also created a unique luminosity that captivated audiences.Le Clipper, Asnieres: A Masterpiece of Color and Light

Fun, easy and quality
These little bottles are adorable. The glitter comes out without a mess. If using on hair for a devotation use hair glue to make the design. Otherwise, the simple sweet lite glitter touch finishes a style nicely.

2026 it has saved me
I never wanted a store card only! When I first applied I was bummed that I only got the store card and I thought about canceling it. BUT A lot has changed this year for sure. New grandparents, grocery being so EXPENSIVE and everything in our house as far as electronics needed to be replaced. Very easy to apply for, love the fact that you can apply without getting a hit on your credit and if you want to accept the offer then do so and if you decide that it’s not enough credit then you can decline the offer and no hit to your credit. I will say this, this was the lowest card that I was offered but I chose to get it anyway and within a month I had already received a credit line increase. I also took a trip out of the country and was able to order stuff and have it delivered with no problems. Every time I use it I get cash back and am able to use that on my next order. This is my weekly card for groceries. I definitely can’t wait until it upgrades to the visa, I would definitely get more use out of it. For those who are Amazon shoppers, it’s well worth it. So far so good, Good Choice.

Good, but you need to be careful with it
I've done business with GE CRB before using other store cards, so I knew what to expect going into this. I will echo the advice that a few others have given. For one, I would recommend that you only use this card for one purchase at a time and that you pay it off entirely before using the card again. The interest starts accruing immediately, but you are not billed for it until the promotional term expires - for example 6 months, 12 months, etc. You will see the expiration date and accrued interest amount on your bill. I always make sure I can pay off the entire amount well before the expiration date. Also, I schedule automatic payments through the website so it's paid every two weeks (pay day works well for me). I divide the balance by number of payments and schedule all of them right away. It's very easy to do this and will prevent late payment fees and the possibility of defaulting and getting hit with the accrued interest. I haven't had to deal directly with GE CRB customer service yet, so I don't have any complaints on that.
The benefit of having a card like this is being able to use it for major purchases, paying it off over time, and avoiding any interest charges because you are paying off the balance before the promotional term (deferred interest) expires. You can't do that with a regular credit card. If you want a card to make frequent purchases with and plan on paying off the balance at the end of the month, you're much better off with a regular credit card. One warning... I noticed that after I was approved for this card my method of payment for Kindle one click purchases changed to this card. Keeping it that way would not be good and I wanted to make sure others know about this. I'm pretty sure you'd be hit with the interest at the end of the month since the purchases you would be making are lower than what's required to receive the no interest promotions. I changed it back to my debit card.
Just keep on top of the account, don't use it to make a bunch of purchases, and pay the balance off before the promotional terms expire and you'll be fine. Like all credit, being responsible is the key to not getting in trouble with it.

2:24:44 PM : Ui Neil Sandage: Are you after a commission or something?
2:25:07 PM : Ui Neil Sandage: just want to pay the card off in a lump sum right now.
2:25:34 PM : James: I will explain you
2:25:34 PM : James: It is very difficult for you to determine with certainty whether or not there will be an inquiry when processing a credit line increase request. This is due to the “internal factors” as mentioned above.
2:25:54 PM : James: And the balance on your account is $403.23
2:25:59 PM : James: I will credit $25.00 to your account
2:26:14 PM : James: And you can pay $378.23

2:28:44 PM : James: No, you can call and make $378.23 payment
2:30:22 PM : Ui Neil Sandage: So just to be clear. You have applied a $25 credit. And if i call right now. The new balance they will see is = $378.23 ?
2:31:00 PM : James: Yes, you are absolutely right.
2:31:25 PM : Ui Neil Sandage: I have one more question. May i ask it here?
2:31:54 PM : James: Sure
2:31:59 PM : James: I will be more than happy
2:32:38 PM : Ui Neil Sandage: I have a utility company here named JEA. I once set up automatic payment of my utility bills. Then paid the bill when it arrived.
2:33:41 PM : Ui Neil Sandage: Then on the scheduled day of automatic payment they double charged me for a bill that had been paid down to zero two weeks before.... Will that happen on 4/20 with this scheduled thing i did?
2:34:34 PM : James: You can just click on "payments" tab and then select "scheduled payment"
2:34:44 PM : James: You can cancel the payment or edit the payment date and amount
2:35:04 PM : James: If you wish to make the payment over the phone with debit card you can cancel the payment
2:36:07 PM : Ui Neil Sandage: So that was an important question.
2:36:39 PM : James: Yes, else both the payments would post
2:36:42 PM : Ui Neil Sandage: I followed you directions and it wants me to log back in. However it did not accept my email address as my log in ID. What now?
2:37:20 PM : James: The site would be timed out
2:37:43 PM : Ui Neil Sandage: Yes. So what is the correct log in ID?
2:37:58 PM : James: May I please request you to click on "Forgot User ID" on first page of www.syncbank.com/amazon?
2:38:03 PM : Ui Neil Sandage: I know my password. But it does not ask that. Just the ID?
2:39:52 PM : James: Yes, you can get your user ID
2:39:57 PM : Ui Neil Sandage: silly damn computer. It was my email. But it had to be all if lower case and no proper Caps for it to be accepted...... :::annoyed:::
2:40:32 PM : James: I am so sorry for the inconvenience caused.
2:41:15 PM : James: I will be glad to help if you need any more information from your account.
2:42:05 PM : Ui Neil Sandage: ::snicker at the trained response:: do you have another $25 to apologize with?
2:44:02 PM : Ui Neil Sandage: I entered my email with caps. But the system automatically changed it.
2:44:24 PM : Ui Neil Sandage: Then would not accept it with caps to enter the account. WEIRD.
2:45:15 PM : Ui Neil Sandage: Are you quiet to see if they will approve the $25 or is this professional distance? Perhaps you had business to address elsewhere?
2:45:56 PM : Ui Neil Sandage: What was that number again? I'd like to call and make my payment.
2:46:13 PM : James: I am really sorry, I have already processed $25.00 and system does not allowed to credit another $25.00
2:46:23 PM : James: You may call customer service at toll-free 1-866-634-8379 and make payment without any fee.
2:48:41 PM : Ui Neil Sandage: That's fine. I only ask because every penny counts. And you'll have to forgive me. But it is mildly insulting to tell me you are sorry for the inconvenience when the computer or programmers is clearly not sorry and intentionally set it up so that i could not use proper caps in my ID or email address. Rather than get upset at the lie i chose to laugh at it as a canned response.
2:50:57 PM : James: Yes, the user ID is case sensitive
2:51:03 PM : Ui Neil Sandage: I called the phone system and it says you lied to me twice??? It says my balance is $403.23 ?
2:51:16 PM : James: I understand, it would be frustrating some times if the system does not help us
2:51:28 PM : James: As mentioned, the balance will be updated in next 48-72 hours
2:51:48 PM : James: However, you can be rest assured that your balance is $378.23
2:52:44 PM : Ui Neil Sandage: please forgive me for being frustrated. But if you read the conversation there was no mention of wait 48-72 hours for the credit to post. I know it is not your intention. But that makes a third lie.
2:53:36 PM : Ui Neil Sandage: I asked specifically if i call right now will the credit be posted? And your response was Yes when i call it would show up.
2:54:32 PM : Ui Neil Sandage: or at least that is how the conversation felt.
2:55:09 PM : James: I am really sorry for the confusion.
2:55:29 PM : James: $25.00 will post in next 48-72 hours, however, you can pay $378.23.
2:55:39 PM : James: And cancel the payment which was made online
3:02:28 PM : James: I will be glad to help if you need any more information from your account.
3:02:28 PM : Ui Neil Sandage: Is it possible to save or email this conversation as a copy to myself? The problem is the computer system and not you. But a lot of things happened here. Ridiculously low credit limit. ID being made all lower case by the website. The automatic charge 20 days later if i had not asked you. And a lot of bad things could have happened. In fact some things did. Amazon made my default automatically their card instead of the one i selected. So a lot of my purchased were canceled or interrupted and did not ship on time until i logged back in and changed the payment method. EVER THOUGH AMAZON APPROVED ALL THE PURCHASES on their card and then frozen them days later. Not hours. Days later. I had to wait on an emergency tool to unlock something important. And that was delay by days because of their computer systems changing things automatically just as it did with me ID? Don't they think i know what i want? Why do they force their card and their lower cases and their enforced payments even if the account balance would have been zero when it happened? I could be overdrawn with these things they do. $404 dollars is not always in that checking account.
3:03:00 PM : James: I am sorry, we do not have an option to email
3:03:01 PM : James: Once the chat is ended, you may scroll down and click on "Skip the Survey and Print chat".
3:04:11 PM : James: Please do not misunderstand, and I am really sorry for all the confusions and problems
3:04:55 PM : James: We do respect your time and understand how difficult it would be if you are getting problems in log in
3:05:45 PM : Ui Neil Sandage: I will try the phone again now. What is the correctED balance i want to pay when i call?
3:06:10 PM : James: You can pay $378.23.
3:06:30 PM : James: And make sure that you cancel the payment which you made online
3:06:40 PM : James: Thank you for your patience.
3:08:42 PM : James: I will be glad to help if you need any more information from your account.
3:08:58 PM : Ui Neil Sandage: ty on phone
3:09:45 PM : James: Thank you for your patience and understanding.
3:10:00 PM : James: Thank you for contacting Synchrony Bank regarding your Amazon.com Store Card.
Have a wonderful day.
3:11:41 PM : Ui Neil Sandage: Here is a 4th lie. They want paper checks and not credit card. Debit card is not an option. And the voice recognition is nearly impossible had to repeat until it let me use the touch pad to navigate.
3:15:22 PM : James: You can make the payment over the phone with live agent with debit card
3:15:36 PM : James: You can say "agent" "agent"
3:15:54 PM : James: It will connect you to live agent and you can make the payment with debit card
3:16:10 PM : Ui Neil Sandage: Thank you James. An agent did answer. And she said there would be no charge for the Debit card.
3:16:25 PM : James: Perfect!
3:16:30 PM : James: Thank you.
3:16:43 PM : James: Thank you for contacting Synchrony Bank regarding your Amazon.com Store Card.
Have a wonderful day.
3:17:23 PM : Ui Neil Sandage: Okay i paid the $378.23 ~ Here is hoping all this posts overnight. I want to see it done Friday and not have to wait for Monday.
3:15:54 PM : Ui Neil Sandage: I am closing this damn account if after it is all paid no one authorizes or corrects it to a $1500 limit or more.
3:16:52 PM : James: You can any time contact us
3:17:02 PM : James: We are always here to help you
3:17:52 PM : Ui Neil Sandage: Okay. Now let's print or email this transcript.
3:18:02 PM : James: Sure
3:18:07 PM : James: Thank you for contacting Synchrony Bank regarding your Amazon.com Store Card.
Have a wonderful day.
3:19:55 PM : Ui Neil Sandage: Why is that option to print not appearing?
3:20:20 PM : Ui Neil Sandage: .....
3:20:58 PM : James: You would need to end chat and then you can view the option
3:21:06 PM : James: Please click on close option on the top
3:21:16 PM : Ui Neil Sandage: it says exit. I will not exit.
3:21:38 PM : Ui Neil Sandage: i want a copy of the chat before it exit. As exist means close door behind you.
3:22:08 PM : Ui Neil Sandage: i do not want to close this window.
3:22:28 PM : Ui Neil Sandage: " [X] Exit "
3:23:01 PM : Ui Neil Sandage: Can you close this chat so i may have a copy?
3:23:04 PM : James: You can copy the chat transcript and paste in word document
3:23:11 PM : Ui Neil Sandage: end* this chat
3:23:39 PM : James: If you " [X] Exit " you can view it option to "print" chat
3:23:48 PM : James: Do not worry, the chat transcript will be there
3:25:28 PM : Ui Neil Sandage: alright. I will copy and paste. StarOffice used to be better than Word and for all the Linux users out there it is not good to assume a paid for Microsoft program is on every computer.
3:26:02 PM : Ui Neil Sandage: Star Office may still be better. (My computer does have the other. I had a student discount on it.)
The following is three fields from the Feedback Survey after you "close" or as it says "Exit" the Chat window.
****
The card and process is a nightmare. The $400 limit was only good for the one purchase i made. And my balance was $403.23 with tons of blocked orders on Amazon because i spend more than $1,000 in a month and it automatically switched my default payment card to Syncho profanity. ~ James did okay. But as soon as my “paid in full” zero balance posts, then I am closing the account.

The $400 limit was only good for the one purchase i made. i spend more than $1,000 in a month and it automatically switched my default payment card to Syncho profanity. As soon as my “paid in full” zero balance posts, then I am closing the account.

James was polite and prompt. But there were a few things unclear or felt contrary. When asked or prompted he did well. I appreciate the $25 credit. It took the hate or venom out of the emotions. But it is the card and hit on my credit for a ridiculously low $400 that i paid off today and wanted to close today that is ridiculous. The balance does not update quickly and i have to wait. At the start the Agent kept wanting to pull my credit for a second month to change me credit limit when what I opened with was a desire to pay in full and correct when the payment would be processed from 20 days out as it automatically dated the bank draft, to process it today. He was saying there is a magical chance that might not happen does not help. I need a yes or a no.
Again. He is not doubt an excellent agent for politeness. But i need a very precise agent that does what I want and not someone who does credit pulls at every chance. There were a lot of issues i had to figure out for myself even though he works for them. I had to get to the conclusion before he confirmed it. And he was polite. It is the company(ies) that is(are) the problem and not this specific person.

I need the ability to print and email the chats. And this exit thing really does exit the chat so that you can not have a copy of the conversation. Even now it says submit this feedback or get a copy of the chat. You are not allowed to talk back if you want to read what was said or have a copy of it.
EDIT : 238 without spaces or 305 with. They have a character limit of 255.
