The 23 x 18 x 17", black LKB-5C Light Kit Bag from Impact is a lightweight yet durable case designed to safely transport and protect lighting equipment. Ideally sized for LED panels, it is also suitable for studio strobe systems, continuous light systems, and a variety of equipment needed in the studio or on location.
The outer shell and interior walls are all reinforced with heavy-duty plastic panels to ensure the structural integrity of the bag. Adjustable dividers can be configured to your needs within the 20.5 x 16.5 x 15.5" interior to keep your lights and gear organized and secure. A generous zippered mesh storage compartment provides plenty of room for cables and other small accessories.
The LKB-5C has a weather resistant, heavy-duty 600-denier ballistic nylon shell fitted with anti-slip rubber feet. Carrying options include a detachable, adjustable shoulder strap, overlapping top handles, and rubber grip side handles. For added security, the heavy-gauge dual zippers accept an optional lock.

I’ve been buying Monster Zero Ultra for years and have it on subscription. It’s the one energy drink I consistently go back to. I've tried most others and they all leave me feeling weird.
I actually feel a noticeable energy boost from it, but without the downsides I’ve had with other drinks. No headaches, no weird jittery feeling, and no crash later on.
The flavor is also solid (this one and Ultra Violet are my go tos') , not overly sweet, and easy to drink regularly. I only buy sugar-free energy drinks, and this checks that box without sacrificing taste. I limit myself to one a day after the gym and water the rest of the day.
After trying a lot of different brands, this is the one that’s stayed consistent for me, which is why I’ve kept it on subscription.

My Favorite Flavored Sparkling Water

Sparkling Ice Black Raspberry has honestly become my favorite flavored sparkling water. The flavor is strong enough to actually taste satisfying without being overly sweet, and it has a really refreshing balance compared to many other zero-sugar drinks.
One thing I especially like is that it feels much more enjoyable than plain water while still avoiding the heavy sugary feeling that comes with regular soda. The carbonation level is also good in my opinion because it gives the drink a crisp texture without feeling overly aggressive or flat.
The black raspberry flavor stands out nicely and does not have the strange aftertaste that some zero-sugar drinks tend to develop. It has consistently been one of the easiest flavored waters for me to keep buying regularly.
