The FlowTech™ CHT High Flow - CM2™ nozzle is the result of an innovative partnership between Microswiss and Bondtech. This advanced nozzle uses proprietary CHT technology, specifically developed to optimize filament flow rate.

- Body made of copper-chromium-zirconium
- Coated with an electroless nickel plating
- Insert made of M2 hardened high-speed steel
- Coated with a special WS2 anti-stick nanocoating
- Coefficient of friction: 0.035
- Heat-treated hardness: 68 HRC
Advantages of CHT technology
The FlowTech nozzle, equipped with Bondtech CHT technology, enables a maximum volumetric flow rate of up to 50 mm³/sec. By splitting the filament flow into multiple chambers in the melt zone, a more even layer deposition is achieved, reducing gaps and weak points between layers.
