Ingredients: Ophiopogon root tuber (mai dong), Platycodon root (jie geng),Dong quai root (dang gui), Poria sclerotium (fu ling), Chinese asparagus root tuber (tian men dong),Chinese skullcap root (huang qin),Jujube fruit (da zao),White mulberry root bark (sang bai pi),Zhejiang fritillary bulb (bei mu),Tangerine dried rind of mature fruit (chen pi),Apricot seed (ku xing ren),Henon bamboo inner stem (zhu ru), Gardenia fruit (zhi zi),Schisandra fruit (wu wei zi ),Ginger fresh rhizome (sheng jiang), Chinese licorice root & rhizome (gan cao).

Suggested Use:
Dissolve 1 to 2 grams in a cup of hot water to make a tea 2 to 3 times daily.
