There was a live radio broadcast coming up soon after the Shire show on Thanksgiving Day 1979. This required some thought because where I lived and where my parents lived had really crappy Seattle FM radio reception. There were hills in the way of the radio signals. My brother Brian and I conspired to eat Thanksgiving dinner at my parents home with the family and then go to his dorm at the University of Washington, which had way better FM reception, in time to record The Heaters live at the Showbox. It had almost everything their live show had, except the smoke, beer & bodies. This would do very well until they released an album. In some ways I prefer it still. -- Howie Wahlen

Froths Milk in Seconds

Frother I had for a couple of years broke. Based on reviews I bought this. Love it being rechargable. The POWER! It froths milk in seconds. Also great for that after workout protein drink. Also is a little longer than my last frother so it works great with larger glasses.

This frother is absolutely amazing such power behind it . Quality is just as amazing made very rugged. And I love the stand and the best thing about it is no more batteries to change now we just charge it up. Very Powerful Frother!!

I’ve been using a frother daily for my drinks, and this one really impressed me with its power for such a compact size. It blends heavier powders into smooth, clump-free mixtures in seconds.
I’m a big fan of the build—the metal whisk gives it a solid feel, and it comes with a stand to keep it neat on the counter instead of being shoved in a drawer. Cleaning is a breeze, just a quick rinse, and the rechargeable battery lasts much longer than I anticipated between charges.
Just a little tip: start in a taller cup and don’t fill it all the way to the top, as this thing can create a serious vortex if you’re not careful. Overall, it’s been a super handy little tool, and I’m so glad I bought it.

Great upgrade compared to others
Color: Rechargeable with Storage Stand and Box - Black
This frother is far superior to other hand held versions we’ve owned. The attachments are much sturdier and don’t bend as easily (which made the others we’ve purchased quite useless). Rechargeable battery seems to last longer and provides plenty of power even on the lowest setting. The little wisk easily whips up eggs for a morning omelette and frothing cream and mixing powder into drinks are super easy with the other attachments. Finally, the stand is actually sturdy and balanced enough that it doesn’t easily tip over.
