Save those fresh blow outs and avoid the awful "braid kinks". Each Rosie is handmade by me, "Sara". The material is a breathable, soft, brushed, stretch blend of polyester cotton. The end can be secured by cinching elastic with a cord lock toggle stop (optional use). Length up to 29" Width 9" 15" Material
