The 2020 Headline Cabernet Sauvignon was crafted by Precision Wine Co.  Precision was founded by proprietor and vintner Trevor Sheehan, whose winemaking journey began 10 years ago, drawing inspiration from esteemed winemakers like Nils Venge from Saddleback Cellars and the ‘Godfather of Burgundy’, French vintner Henri Jayer.  As one should expect from the name, Trevor works to distinguish his diverse collection of wines by crafting them with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

The Headline Cab has a deep, nearly opaque dark purple core and red velvet rim in the glass.  This is a classic Sonoma style Cabernet with deep lush blue fruit aromas, plum, blackberry, vanilla and toasty oak spice. You’ll find it full flavored, lush and rich across the entire palate with notes of anise and supple suede like tannins and delicate spice. The Headline is a tasty cab just to wrap your hands around and sip, yet will enhance a well marinated steak w/ mushrooms, Greek roasted leg lamb or kebabs.
