Made with 100% superfine and skin soft merino wool, knitted tightly to avoid show-through, this sporty sweater can be used as a «next to skin» sweater or base layer for sport.

The Cortina pattern is based on the first official Olympic sweater, designed for the 1956 Winter Olympics in Cortina d’Ampezzo. Capturing the essence of traditional Norwegian history, the pattern has become one of Norway’s most beloved designs.

Pure - Skin soft superfine Merino wool.

This super fine merino wool is the perfect functional fiber.

It has extremely high wearing comfort and is itch-free with a soft feel. Very fine spun, this wool is ideal for basic garments to be worn next to the skin.

Naturally, our wool is mulesing-fee. Garments knitted with Pure can be machine washed using wool-cycle. (Fiber diameter: 16.5 micron)

When I first received it and placed it on, it continued to fall so I almost returned it. However, I found a method online that worked and it has not fallen since even after all the water and soap getting near it. I’ve placed it on a stainless steel sink so not sure if the method works on other surfaces. Clean the area with soap and water and then make sure there’s no soap residue. Make the water temperature hot and “heat up” both the steel surface and the suction. While it’s still wet, firmly place the suction and make sure it doesn’t move. That should do the trick!
