WarmFlex is ideal for new construction or when remodeling to make any room in the house cozier and more comfortable. Use WarmFlex to heat or supplement any room, addition or basement. Installing a warm floor couldn’t be easier. Select the WarmFlex mat sizes that best fit your floor space. Simply roll out WarmFlex mats on a suitable underlayment (purchased separately), lay the floor and connect to the thermostat (purchased separately) and power. Follow separate instructions for glued floors. No step-down transformers, on-site splice connections or special tools are required.
- Standard mat widths and lengths are stocked for immediate shipment and easy on-site fitting to any floor
- Combine multiple mats to fit your desired heated area up to 400 sq. ft. per thermostat (purchased separately)
- Add a power module (purchased separately) to increase your heated area in increments up to 400 sq. ft. each
- Factory-attached, hermetically sealed lead wires connect to household 220/240-Volt
- Lead wires on only one end of the mat facilitate mat layout and installation
- Ultra-thin synthetic fabric shield limits raising the floor height to the 1/8 in. to 3/16 in. thickness of the underlayment (purchased separately)
- Installs over all laminate and engineered wood floor underlayments including synthetic cork (brand name Cerazorb), natural cork, polystyrene foam, polypropylene foam and compressed synthetic fibers (brand name Insulayment)
- Provides all the comfort and health advantages of radiant heating without fans, drafts, blowing pollutants or allergens
- Saves energy 25% to 35% compared to convective systems using the programmable floor thermostat
- Manufacturer provided lifetime technical support when installed with manufacturer provided thermostats specifically designed for radiant floor heating
