If you’re done trenching every time you squeeze the throttle on your SXS, it’s time to step into something built to move. After extensive real-world testing, Packard Performance proudly introduces the next evolution of the Ultralight Tire lineup—engineered for serious horsepower and aggressive driving.

Built for high-output cars and drivers who aren’t afraid to use it.

Why Lightweight Matters

This isn’t just about shaving a few pounds — it’s about transforming how your car responds.

Tires are rotating and unsprung mass. That means every pound removed from the tire has a multiplied performance effect compared to static chassis weight. When you reduce rotating mass, you’re lowering drivetrain strain, improving suspension reaction, and increasing efficiency all at once.

What You’ll Feel:

Faster Acceleration
Lighter tires require less torque to spin. That means:

  • Quicker throttle response

  • Harder initial hit

  • Faster turbo spool

  • Less bog when you stab the throttle

Improved Suspension Performance
Reducing unsprung weight allows the suspension to react faster and keep the tire planted more consistently — especially in dunes, chop, or aggressive terrain.

Reduced Drivetrain Stress
Less rotating mass means:

  • Lower belt temps

  • More consistent clutching

  • Reduced strain on axles and driveline components

Sharper Handling & Deceleration
Lighter rotating mass slows down and transitions quicker, making the car feel more agile and responsive.

Recommended for 250+ WHP builds.

Built for Performance

  • True carcass sizing increases ground clearance and flotation so you can use the full potential of your suspension.

  • 1 5/16” paddle height with optimized paddle angle delivers maximum forward drive without sacrificing traction or belt life.

  • Performance-driven construction utilizing premium compounds, ideal ply configuration, and optimized profile to maximize performance.

Available Sizes & Weights

  • 33" – 16 paddle: 35 lbs (Lightweight – not comp cut able)

  • 34" – 18 paddle: 39 lbs (Lightweight – not comp cut able)

  • 34" – 18 paddle: 45 lbs

  • 35" – 18 paddle: 48 lbs

Lightweight versions are engineered to optimal weight from the start and are not eligible for comp cutting.

Important Information on Comp Cut Tires

  • No warranties on comp cut tires.

  • Comp cutting thins the tire and increases puncture risk. Rocks and sticks will puncture the tire.

  • Not recommended for rocky or wooded terrain.

  • Tires may have exposed threads or small air leaks.

  • Inject 8 oz. of liquid starch per tire to help seal and support.

  • No exchanges or refunds on comp cut tires, regardless of run time.

  • Tires cut improperly (including cuts through threading) must be replaced.

We do not exchange tires that have been comp cut or attempt comp cutting through other vendors.

Recommended Tire Pressure

Run 8–10 PSI for optimal performance.

Lightweight. Hard-hooking. Engineered to handle serious horsepower and put power to the ground.

My Designs? Sublime. The Paper? Sublimation Perfection.
Size: 8.5"X11"
Prints clear, presses clean, and never lets me down—unless I’m the problem (which is often). I keep this stocked like toilet paper. You don’t want to run out mid-project.

This A-SUB sublimation paper is a great quality. I have been using it for many years and have had absolutely no issues. I use it with an Epson 2780 inkjet printer. I have never had a jamming issue or smudging.

Happy to find a seller that carries the 120
Size: 8.5"X11"
I’ve been doing sublimation since May 2025. I have tried a variety between 105, 120 and 125. I’m not exactly sure why 120 ASub it is becoming harder to find . I absolutely love it. When I make my stainless steel tumblers, my colors pop more with 120.
