Direction for Use
Due to the strength of InsuLEAN, we recommend 1-2 capsules per meal containing 30 – 60 grams of carbs. For meals contaning 75 – 150 grams or more, use 2-3 capsules. Do not exceed 3 capsules per carbohydrate meal.
