The palate is voluminous with somewhat mentolate touches, white chocolates; the vanilla reappears and those memories of red fruit that we had on the nose persist, with an elegant acidity that makes the post-taste long. Pairing: It is a wine that we can pair with white, Iberian beef and some type of stew (cooked) Tempranillo 70%, Grenache 20%, mazuelo and graciano 10%
