The Human (XIRP1) Xin Actin-binding Repeat-containing Protein 1 ELISA Kit measures Xin actin-binding repeat-containing protein 1 in samples. The plate has been pre-coated with Human XIRP1 antibody. XIRP1 present in the sample is added and binds to antibodies coated on the wells. And then biotinylated Human XIRP1 Antibody is added and binds to XIRP1 in the sample. Then Streptavidin-HRP is added and binds to the Biotinylated XIRP1 antibody. After incubation unbound Streptavidin-HRP is washed away during a washing step. Substrate solution is then added and color develops in proportion to the amount of Human XIRP1. The reaction is terminated by addition of acidic stop solution and absorbance is measured at 450 nm.

The main colors of this holo glitter are purple, blue, and silver. It worked perfectly for my outfit, and I honestly had no complaints. It sheds like normal but this literally stayed on after I wore it all day/night at a concert while sweating in 90-100°F heat the whole time; it lasts great.
