Cutting durability thanks to the right starting material: 
Our steels are generally not classic stainless steels. For good reason. We achieve edge-holding properties that are more than 10 times higher than conventional knife steels, or 20 times higher if used correctly. Our aim is to guarantee a sensational cutting experience for many, many years. 
Tips for beginners are included with the knife. 

 In technical jargon, our grinds are called full flat grinds with a slightly convex finish to increase stability. This ensures a cutting experience with virtually no cutting resistance. In this way, we achieve a light yet large working tool.

    Sturdy paper bowls, economical quantity purchase

    I previously bought 50 (?) of the paper plates to check the quality and see how well they hold up before making quantity purchases of other paper products. The bowls hold up well though I use them primarily for cut up avocados, sliced tomatoes, cole slaw, etc. I have used them in the microwave under 15 seconds to reheat toasted English muffins with marmalade with no problem.
