The Belt Squat Machine by Industrial Athletic assists in building lower-body strength and explosive explosive power without added strain to your shoulders, spine, and lower back. Utilise the adjustable weight stopper to control how deep you can squat. 4 additional weight posts on the rear of the unit for weight plate storage and to act as a counterbalance increasing stability for heavy lifts.
