The DEKS DNL108B Lead Base Dektite is designed as a tile roof flashing with a flexible black EPDM rubber cone that can be custom-trimmed on site to suit roof penetrations ranging from 175 mm to 330 mm (7"–13"). It is typically used for copper pipes, antennas, or large tile-roof penetrations. The specially formulated Nu-Lead grey primed acrylic-coated lead base measures 550 mm × 850 mm, and its unique thermo-baked coating does not affect the lead’s malleability while preventing potential lead poisoning or leaching onto roofs, gutters, downpipes, and the surrounding soil.
The DEKS Nu-Lead lead base Dektite range is ideal for areas where roof surfaces are uneven or curved and require high flexibility and conformity. The ductility of the lead material makes Nu-Lead Dektites the preferred option for roofers compared to aluminium or polymer base alternatives.
