The Mouse NT5E (5'-nucleotidase) ELISA Kit measures Nt5e in Mouse Serum, Plasma, Cell Culture Supernatant, Cell or Tissue Lysate. This kit is based on Double antibody-Sandwich ELISA detection method and takes 4h assay time. The microplate provided in this kit has been precoated with anti NT5E antibody. Add standard and properly diluted sample into relevant well respectively. After incubation, wash unbound components. Add biotinylated detection antibody. Then, it binds with NT5E bound to precoated antibody. Wash unbound components and add HRP-Streptavidin Conjugate (SABC). Wash unbound components again and add TMB substrate solution. Then, TMB was catalyzed by HRP to produce a blue color product that turned yellow after adding a stop solution. Read the O.D. absorbance at 450nm in a microplate reader. Calculate the concentration of NT5E in the sample by plotting standard curve. The concentration of the target substance is proportional to the OD450 value.

No stiff neck-- just as promised!

Like most people I have tried all kinds of pillows to receive my stiff neck--to no avail. I am happy to say the pillow provides great support, yet is fluffy and malleable. It looks a little flat out of the box, but give it an hour or so and it expands to full "fluff". The pillow is very comfortable, provides amazing support despite its soft, fluffy feel. Not being sculpted or rigid foam, it is easy to adjust and get the right support. Somehow it works! I have not had a stiff neck since I bought this. I did add about half the bag of extra material, but removed some because it was a little too much for me. The stuffing is clean, uniform and looks pristine. It comes with a beautiful pillow case that is thick and smooths out any "lumps" (which there aren't anyway because the filling is so soft and uniform.) I plan to order another one for our other home. Highly recommend.
