ATGBICS compatible OP13PD8-005D OSFP 800GBase-DR8 form factor network transceiver supports a distance of up to 500m over single-mode fibre (SMF) using a wavelength of 1310nm via an 2xMPO-12 connector. This product operates within a commercial temperature range. Digital optical monitoring (DOM) support is also present enabling real-time monitoring of the parameters of the fibre optic transceiver.

Missing Part, no customer support.
Missing the bolt that attaches the base to the center post. We contacted the vendor and they responded,
"We want to assure you that all our parts undergo rigorous inspection and careful packaging before shipment. If you could kindly check the box again for any missing parts, it would be greatly appreciated.

Really, like we didn't checked the box?
Responded back to the vendor that we tore the box apart, no bolt. They have gone silent.
Update, vendor has offered a partially refund, guess I'll head to Home Depot and look for a replacement bolt. What a pain.
Went from 1 to 3 stars for at least contacting us.
