Każda tarcza jest odlewana z wysokowęglowego stopu G3500, który posiada wysoką zawartość węgla i miedzi, a co za tym idzie doskonałą przewodność cieplną, a także bardzo dobre właściwości ścierne. Zapewnia to maksymalną trwałość i wydajność tarczy hamulcowej, szczególnie podczas wyczynowej jazdy rajdowej lub wyścigowej. Dodatkowo na tarczach znajdują się nacięcia, odpowiedzialne za usuwanie resztek pyłu ścieranych z okładzin klocków oraz zmniejszenie ciśnienia gazów powstającego pomiędzy okładziną, a tarczą.
Tarcze EBC Racing wyposażone są w 48 wewnętrznych, kierunkowych (prawo-lewo) kominów wentylacyjnych, których zadaniem jest chłodzenie tarczy.
Flansza (tzw. dzwon) zastosowana w tarczach EBC Racing jest precyzyjnie wycięta z kawałka aluminium wykorzystywanego w przemyśle lotniczym i kosmicznym, dzięki czemu jest mocna i lekka. Flansza anodowana jest na czarno, dzięki czemu ma wysoką odporność na korozję i wysokie walory estetyczne. Flansza może być wykorzystywana do różnych tarcz hamulcowych.
Jednym z najmniejszych, a jednocześnie najbardziej innowacyjnych komponentów zastosowanych w tarczach EBC Racing, są wykonane ze stali nierdzewnej śruby SD-Drive ™ mocujące flansze do tarczy. W przeciwieństwie do większości śrub konkurencji, które są obrabiane ze stali a następnie ocynkowane w celu obniżenia kosztów, nasze śruby SD-Drive ™ są wyprodukowane z jednego kawałka stali nierdzewnej, co zapewnia maksymalną wytrzymałość i odporność na korozję. The Essential Heat Press Tape for Perfect Sublimation!

As someone who regularly works with sublimation, I know how crucial it is to have a heat press tape that actually works. After using this tape, I can say it's an indispensable item in my arsenal of tools.
What I like most about this tape is its excellent adhesion. It sticks firmly to the surface, keeping the sublimation paper securely in place throughout the entire pressing process.
