The Hydrocarbon (R290) Garnet Bakery range is designed for the toughest bakery environments and offers outstanding performance, efficiency, and reliability. These storage cabinets have an internal capacity of 1270 litres and have an advanced temperature control that ensures easy-to-manage operation in even the most demanding high-ambient environments. They are manufactured specifically to fit 400 x 600 bakery trays.
