Such washes will dry to a water-resistant film and successive layers of color can be laid over them in a highly predicable manner. FW Artists Inks work well with airbrushes, dip pens, technical pens, and brushes. The Daler Rowney FW Artists' Ink set contains the following shimmering colours, Shimmering Blue, Shimmering Red, Shimmering Green, Shimmering Gold, Velvet Violet, and Black (India).
