Hays Steel Flywheels are manufactured from certified billet material that will not break up under the stress of high RPM and severe punishment of racing. This flywheel fits the external balance 400 CID Chevy, 1970 to 1978 models. 168 tooth flywheel is drilled for 10.5 in Borg-Beck diaphragm, and 11 in Borg-Beck, diaphragm and long style clutches. This flywheel weighs 30 lbs.
