1) 효능,효과
다른 치료법으로 잘 치료되지 않는 중증의 여드름(결절성, 낭포성, 응괴성), 특히 체간 병변과 관련된 낭포성 및 응괴성 여드름
2) 용법,용량
이 약에 대한 치료효과 및 이상반응은 용량 의존적이므로, 환자의 증상 및 상태에 따라 용량을 적절히 조절한다.
○ 초기용량
이소트레티노인으로서 1일 체중 kg당 0.5 mg을 반응을 관찰하며 투여한다.
○ 유지용량
이 약으로서 1일 체중 kg당 0.5~1.0 mg을 투여하며, 중증의 여드름 환자에게는 2.0 mg까지 증량할 수 있다.
저용량의 경우는 1일 1회, 고용량의 경우는 1일 2회 분할하여 식사와 함께 복용한다.
치료과정마다 체중 kg당 120 mg의 누적용량은 증상의 호전율을 높이고, 재발률을 낮춘다. 치료기간은 1일 복용량에 따라 달라질 수 있으나 보통 16～24주가 소요되고, 치료중단 후에도 증상호전이 있을 수 있다. 따라서 증상이 재발될 경우 상기 치료과정을 반복하되 최소한 8주간의 휴약기간이 경과된 후 치료를 재개해야 한다.
○ 신부전환자 : 투여경험이 매우 제한적이다. 이 약을 투여할 경우 이 약으로서 1일 10 mg에서 시작하여 용량을 조절한다.
○ 불내약성인 환자 : 저용량으로 치료를 계속한다. 이 경우 치료기간이 연장되며 재발의 위험이 높아진다. 이런 환자의 경우 적응 가능한 최대 용량으로 치료를 계속하여 최적의 효과를 얻을 수 있다.

Great travel jewelry case

Great colors. Good size. Easy to pack and carry. Fits a good amount of jewelry. It’s decent quality. I know there is better out there but for the value it’s great. It snaps close and I haven’t had mine accidentally come open at all. The inside is soft. My necklaces did get a little tangled inside but not too bad. I could have put them in there better. Very nice though.

Store it all!

This is a compact, light weight, efficient, and sturdy/convenient way to securely store jewelry. The small compact case allows jewelry from earrings to necklaces to bracelets and rings to be all together without being tangled and/or on top of each other. I have more earrings than rings so I used the ring area to store the rest of my earrings. The tight clasp allows the lid to be fasten snuggly to the body of the case. The price was right considering what other stores were charging. I chose the pink case which is a very soft pink, as like the case, but there are other colors to choose from. The case is mobile and would stand strong in a carry on case or bag. I highly recommend this item if you are looking to organize and have your jewelry neatly and safely all in one place!

Cute and super convenient for travel

Really happy with this jewelry box overall. It’s compact, lightweight, and perfect for travel. The compartments are well designed for rings, earrings, and even long bracelets, which fit really nicely.
The only downside for me is the necklace section. When using multiple necklaces, they can get tangled, so it’s not the most practical part of the case. Other than that, it’s a great product for the price and looks very cute
