Organic Jojoba oil is an ideal moisturizer for stretched ear lobes. Hold the jewelry against the lobe between the thumb and pointer finger, with the thumb behind the lobe as an anchor. Gently angle the jewelry into the moisturized lobe until is it securely in place, giving a few rotations/twists
