효능효과

1. 근골격계질환에 수반하는 동통성 근육연축 : 경견완증후군, 견관절주위염, 요통

2. 신경계 질환에 의한 경직성 마비 : 뇌혈관장애, 경직성 척수마비, 경부척추증, 수술후 후유증(뇌·척수종양 포함), 외상후유증(척수손상, 두부외상), 근위축성 축색경화증, 뇌성마비, 척수소뇌변성증, 척수혈관장애, 아급성 척수시신경병변, 기타의 뇌척수질환

용법용량

ㆍ성인 : 염산에페리손으로서 1회 50㎎ 1일 3회 식후에 경구투여한다.
ㆍ연령, 증상에 따라 적절히 증감한다.

사용상의주의사항

1. 다음 환자에는 투여하지 말 것.
1) 이 약에 과민증 환자
2) 중증의 근무력증 환자
3) 이 약은 유당을 함유하고 있으므로, 갈락토오스 불내성(galactose intolerance), Lapp 유당분해효소 결핍증(Lapp lactase deficiency) 또는 포도당-갈락토오스 흡수장애(glucose-galactose malabsorption) 등의 유전적인 문제가 있는 환자에게는 투여하면 안 된다.

2. 다음 환자에는 신중히 투여할 것.
1) 약물과민증의 병력이 있는 환자
2) 간장애 환자(간기능을 악화시킬 수 있다.)

3. 이상반응
1) 쇽 : 드물게 쇽을 일으킬 수 있으므로 관찰을 충분히 하여 증상이 나타나는 경우에는 투여를 중지하고 적절한 처치를 한다.
2) 간장 : 드물게 ALT, AST, ALP의 상승 등이 나타날 수 있으므로 관찰을 충분히 하여 증상이 나타나는 경우에는 투여를 중지하는 등 적절한 처치를 한다.
3) 신장 : 드물게 단백뇨, BUN의 상승 등이 나타날 수 있으므로 관찰을 충분히 하여 증상이 나타나는 경우에는 투여를 중지하는 등 적절한 처치를 한다.
4) 혈액 : 드물게 빈혈 등이 나타날 수 있으므로 관찰을 충분히 하여 증상이 나타나는 경우에는 투여를 중지하는 등 적절한 처치를 한다.
5) 과민증 : 때때로 발진, 드물게 가려움 등이 나타날 수 있다.
6) 정신신경계 : 때때로 불면, 졸음, 두통, 사지마비, 드물게 몸의 굳어짐, 사지떨림 등이 나타날 수 있다.
7) 소화기계 : 때때로 구역, 구토, 식욕부진, 위부불쾌감, 구갈, 변비, 설사, 복통, 드물게 복부팽만감, 구내염 등이 나타날 수 있다.
8) 비뇨기계 : 드물게 요폐, 요실금, 잔뇨감이 나타날 수 있다.
9) 전신증상 : 때때로 무력감, 비틀거림, 전신권태감, 드물게 어지러움, 근긴장저하 등이 나타날 수 있다.
10) 기타 : 때때로 안면홍조, 드물게 발한, 부종이 나타날 수 있다.
11) 국내 시판 후 수집된 중대한 이상사례 분석·평가 결과 확인된 이상사례는 다음과 같다. 다만, 이로서 곧 해당성분과 다음의 이상사례 간에 인과관계가 입증된 것을 의미하는 것은 아니다.

12) 의약품 시판 후 이상사례 보고자료(1989-2018년12월)를 토대로 실마리정보 분석·평가 결과 새로 확인된 이상사례는 다음과 같다. 다만, 이로서 곧 해당성분과 다음의 이상사례 간에 인과관계가 입증된 것을 의미하는 것은 아니다.
• 피부 및 피하조직계-혈관부종
13) 독성 표피 괴사 용해 및 점막-피부-눈 증후군(스티븐스-존슨 증후군): 에페리손염산염은 독성 표피 괴사 용해 및  점막-피부-눈  증후군 등 심각한 피부 이상을 유발할 수 있기 때문에, 발열, 홍반, 물집, 가려움, 눈충혈, 구내염 등의 증상이 나타나는지 잘 관찰하여야 하고, 이러한 증상이 나타나는 경우에는 투여를 중지하고 적절한 처치를 한다.

4. 일반적 주의
1) 이 약 투여중에 무력감, 비틀거림, 졸음 등이 나타날 수 있으므로 이러한 경우에는 감량 또는 투여를 중지한다.
2) 졸음, 주의력ㆍ집중력ㆍ반사운동능력 등의 저하가 나타날 수 있으므로 이 약을 투여중인 환자는 자동차운전 등 위험을 수반하는 기계조작을 하지 않도록 주의한다.

5. 상호작용
이 약의 유사약물인 염산톨페리손과 메토카르바몰을 병용시 시조절장애가 나타났다는 보고가 있다.

6. 임부 및 수유부에 대한 투여
1) 임신중의 투여에 대한 안전성이 확립되어 있지 않으므로 임부 또는 임신하고 있을 가능성이 있는 부인에는 치료상의 유익성이 위험성을 상회한다고 판단될 경우에만 투여한다.
2) 수유부에는 투여를 피하는 것이 바람직하나 부득이하게 투여할 경우에는 수유를 중단한다.

7. 소아에 대한 투여
소아에 대한 안전성이 확립되어 있지 않다(사용경험이 적다).

8. 고령자에 대한 투여
일반적으로 고령자에서는 생리기능이 저하되어 있으므로 감량하는 등 주의한다.

I loved this book! Queen of Roses is an Arthurian-inspired dark romantasy that is the first book in the Blood of Fae series. The story follows Morgan, the princess of Camelot who is rumored to be part fae. Fueled by prejudiced hatred and a mistrust of fae blood, Morgan’s abusive father strips her of her birthright and hands it to her half-brother, Arthur. Instead of becoming queen, Morgan is commanded to join the temple of the goddesses when she comes of age. However, Arthur turns into a psychopathic, power-hungry, fae-hating king as he ages. He develops malevolent plans and commands Morgan to find an ancient weapon with legendary power. Although Morgan is wary of Arthur’s intentions, she embraces the opportunity to go on a journey and potentially change her fate. The story picks up from there and we follow Morgan on her quest to find the ancient relic. It’s full of high stakes adventure, mystery, tension, banter, forced proximity, hidden magic, self discovery, and betrayal. This first installment of the series intricately develops the world building and character development. There’s little romance in this book, but it is evident that it is a slow burn that will continue to develop throughout the remainder of the series. Overall, I loved the world building, the epic fantasy, Morgan’s journey of self discovery, and all of the twists and turns that set the stage for the future installments. I can’t wait to see what happens next!

Arthurian Fae Quest…say less.

A fae centered Arthurian tale unlike any I’ve read so far. The author did a great job at descriptive world building, with scenes easily playing out in my minds eye. There was plenty of action, suspense, and even a touch of horror. An enemies to lovers, slow burn romance, a quest, with plot twist and turns aplenty. There was a love triangle, which I’m not usually a fan of but, it played out well in this story line. The FMC, Morgan Pendragon, was so blatantly naïve, yet I typically expect as much in a ‘book one’ of a series, especially one that features a fairly sheltered princess. I was happy to read that in spite of this, she still showed a strong sense of morals, fire, and spine. Now our MMC? Kairos Draven, aka Void’s Edge. Oh, how I’m a sucker for a smoking’ hot grumpy warrior alpha with a witty mouth, and a strong sense of “touch her and die” attitude, so you know who held all my cards. That ending? Just made me swoon all the harder. Now add a battlecat that rivals the size of a horse…and well Ms. Briar Boleyn you have well and truly stolen my heart. I’m excited to see where the story goes from here, and follow along to see more of the characters growth. I went into this story fairly blind, and I think I enjoyed it all the more because of it. Once the story got going, it had me in an absolute chokehold and it was difficult to put down.

3 stars Thank you Netgalley and Briar Boleyn for the ARC! A camelot/king Arthur retelling with fae. I was hooked by the idea of this book immediately and was eager to jump into this world. • slow burn • enemies to lovers • who did this to you Morgan Pendragon watched her mother die by her father's hand when she was just eight years old, hiding under the bed. Morgan is believed to have the tainted blood of the fae in her veins and is cast aside so that her fathers illegitimate son, Arthur, can become the king. She's seen his cruel treatment of the fae firsthand, so when he sends her on a journey to find a fae weapon she seizes the opportunity to do more with her life. Along the way, she finds more than she could have imagined. I don't know a whole lot about King Arthur and Camelot but I had a lot of fun with this story! The plot has some similar tropes to popular romantasy books (From blood and ash) but there's enough originality here that it doesn't feel like I'm reading a copy. I liked how the fae were different in appearance than what is typical in most fantasy books I've read. In this book they have blue hair, violet skin and a wide range of other characteristics. I thought that the world building was easy to follow and I could easily immerse myself into this world. After reading the blurb I kept wondering when she was going to go on the journey to find Excalibur and it doesn't happen until around the 45% mark. The story is a bit slow at times but starts to pick up once they begin their journey to find Excalibur. The John Wick style Inn was a fun concept that I enjoyed reading about. There are a lot of similarities to this and FBAA and I would have liked to have it be a little more different, but I'm hoping book two will have the story turn into something of its own. Overall I enjoyed reading this story and I'm looking forward to reading book two especially after that ending.

Morgan, Princess of Pendrath and true heir to the throne has spent most of her life dimming her light to feel safe and to make others comfortable. She is treated as an outcast in the court and repressed by her family due to the blood of the Fae within her and forced to join the Temple of the Three as a priestess in training to one day replace Merlin. Her brother, King Arthur, who reminds me of Joffrey from Game of Thrones, later tells her that he has other plans and offers her a choice of the Temple or to marry her off for political gain, unless… that is, she can journey through the great unknown and return with a long-lost fae weapon with enchanted powers known as Excalibur. Her quest begins with a roguish crew that includes the mysterious, arrogant, and heart-tuggingly handsome Captain of the Royal Guard, Kairos Draven, whom she can’t decide if she wants to stab or indulge in pleasure with. Along the way are plenty of surprises, mystical creatures, and betrayal, all while Morgan uncovers more of the truth about herself and who she can trust. This book had intriguing storylines and lovable characters that kept me turning pages and wanting more.
