Directions of Use:
Take 3-6 tablets in the morning and/or between meals. FOR PRE-WORKOUT ENERGY: Take 6 tablets 20-30 minutes before training. FOR POST-WORKOUT RECOVERY: Take 6 servings immediately after training.
