Isotonic Sport Effervescent contains important minerals necessary to maintain proper water-salt balance (sodium, potassium, magnesium and calcium). Sport Effervescent isotonic is recommended for sports, especially resistance, during hard physical work, when a quantity of liquid with electrolyte deficiency is administered, during periods of increased sweating, diarrhea. The benefit of Isotonic Sport Effervescent lies in the correct ratio of electrolytes that are in isotonics (for example, the predominance of sodium, twice as much as calcium and magnesium). It is important to remember that the balance of water and mineral salts determines neuromuscular conduction, muscle contractions and also ensures the proper functioning of the cardiovascular system. The formula is enriched with vitamins C and E, which offer protection against free radicals, as well as vitamin B1, which plays an important role in energy metabolism and against fatigue.
