Line names are limited to 13 characters and Ship names are limited to 15 characters.  If you need more please leave a note at checkout and we will let you know the additional cost.

Please allow 10-14 business days for production before shipment. Turnaround time on jackets with customizations is 3-4 weeks. 4-5 weeks or longer for large orders.  If you need a rush order, that can be done for an additional fee below.  If we do not complete your jacket within the rush fee time frame, we will refund that amount. We recommend dry cleaning your Crossing Jacket.

Customized jackets are not refundable.
