Designed for off-piste adventures, the KORE II JACKET WOMEN is waterproof, breathable and robust, as well as loose-fitting and sporty.

Contemporary, sporty style comes with high performance and comfort in the KORE II JACKET WOMEN, which is engineered for off-piste adventures. Slightly shorter than the KORE JACKET WOMEN, this jacket is loose fitting with a 3-layer construction, with the Intelligent Apparel Membrane 2020 providing waterproof protection and breathability. The fully seam-taped jacket has an adjustable, fixed hood which is helmet-compatible, along with water-repellent YKK AquaGuard® COIL zippers on the center front, hand pockets and sleeve pockets, as well as a detachable snow gaiter. To help keep you comfortable, there are ventilations with 2-way YKK® zippers, as well as adjustable sleeve cuffs and body hem. With an inner chest pocket with a YKK® zipper, you can keep your essentials safe in the mountains.

  • TAPED SEAMS
  • PFC FREE: Textiles in the outdoor sector are usually treated with PFCs (polifluorinated chemicals) to make them water and oil repellent. These chemicals are controversial because of their harmfulness to both human health and the environment. We try to avoid them where ever possible.
  • MXM: Intense competitions and hard training sessions demand a lot from clothing. For this purpose we developed the HEAD Sportswear MXM (Moisture Transfer Microfibre) technology. These high-performing microfibres move sweat to the surface of the material where it is efficiently removed. This brings a cooling effect and allows the material to dry quickly.
  • IAM 2020: Based on the skier’s requirements we developed our own membrane – the IAM Membrane (Intelligent Apparel Membrane). The developers concentrated on achieving the perfect combination of elasticity, eliminating restrictions where outer material is concerned, and easy washability. The membrane is manufactured with a water column and breathability factor of 20,000/20,000

It's true to size. I have a 42" chest and typically wear a large. I ordered large and it fits. Grab these while you can as most of these mock neck t shirts are a cotton poly blend. These are 98% cotton. This is important because although the cotton/poly blends dry quicker, they are uncomfortably warm if it gets above 70 F. I have purchased other mock turtlenecks and had my local dry cleaners convert them from long sleeves to short, but they are slightly heavier weight than these. I do wish that they made these in a dark green or military green color.
